Hey everyone, there are still a good 20 days until Christmas and if you're like me, you still have lots of shopping to do. I thought I would put together a little list of a few items I think any girl would love to have.

9 Polka dots! Such a cute sweater that can be worn so many different ways

Black Mix

wow! I can't believe it's already December...seriously where has the year gone?   December is going to be in full force with holiday festivities. Chris and I are attending his work party this week and this coming weekend will be dedicated to getting gifts for everyone. Yesterday Chris and I took Christmas photos...I showed a little sneak peek on instagram. This is just a simple little black outfit I wore over the weekend. When I mix all black, I like to make sure I have contrasting design elements like the oversize polka dot print or zipper and stud detail on the leggings to add some interest. A Lovely Kind of Thought

Polka Happy Dots

Top: Ross, Skirt: Delia*s, Heels: Zara 

This has to be one of my favorite skirts in my closet. There is something about it, maybe the color combination, the polka dots, or the cute pockets that always make me feel good whenever I wear it.  I'm kind of glad I wore this over the weekend because I'm not so sure I could get away with wearing this outfit anymore. The past few days have finally cooled down and it's starting to feel more and more like time for tights and layers.

Oh and don't you just love all the cows in the background. Every time I take photos in the field, I always get an audience...they are so curious. This one was my favorite.

Bar Stripes

Tee: Target, Cardigan: Thrifted, Jeans: Levi's, Heels: Zara

I wore this outfit over the weekend out to a local bar one night. I was meeting up with Chris so I thought I would wear jeans...he happens to like me better in jeans. It turned out to be a fun low key kind of night with a few beers and games of pool. Chris had been at the bar with his uncle and my cousin came to meet us once I got there. We decided that we would do a guys against girls challenge at pool and of course you know who won...yup girls rule!
