Shirt: Express, Skirt: Thrifted, Wedges: Marshalls
I'm so excited today is Friday :) Midterms are next week so this weekend will be spent mostly on getting all of my projects ready for presentation...must find time for at least one night of fun. I wore this to school today which I think is kind of fitting for the fact that this skirt reminds me of a school uniform. I never had to wear a uniform while in school, although I always secretly wanted to. Is that a little weird?? I'm sure if I had been forced to wear a uniform I would have wished to not have to wear one. I took these photos before I went to school but by the time I arrived to class I had put on a skinny black belt and switched the wedges for black heels. I have a habit of keeping extra shoes or accessories in my car. Does anybody else do this or am I the only one??
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?? Please do tell :)
Hope you all get to enjoy the weekend!!
Great outfit! Have a fantastic weekend xo

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog, dear! You really made my day!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a beautiful hair! Haven't you though abut doing a fringe( bang). I think you would look awesome in it!
As an ex-school girl myself I can say, this is a very authentic school girl look. Super cute with that touch of implied naughtiness, lol!
ReplyDeleteI love that skirt. It's a great find.
ReplyDeleteI always wanted to be able to wear uniforms. My school was so competitive in terms of what people wore, and there was also this huge divide between the haves and have nots. I just wanted to not have to worry about it. I also wanted to be able to sleep in.
I've always been creative with my clothes, so I know it seems weird to be all about school uniforms, but after school and weekends are still available for wearing what you want.
Cool school girl look :)
