Hey everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was really good, especially since it started off with date night. It turns out the boyfriend didn't take me out...instead when I got to his place I found dinner, wine, and candles on the table. He had made me chicken alfredo pasta (I'm a huge lover of anything pasta)...oh and have I ever mentioned that the boyfriend is an amazing cook?? I really didn't expect a surprise dinner and although I got dressed for a night out, I wouldn't pass up the chance of a sweet romantic dinner with the boyfriend...especially one made by him. It was a great weekend and I didn't do much but enjoy it but this morning I had so many things to do. Because I was going to be running errands all day, I decided on this simple outfit with a bit of sparkle.
Now that I'm finally home, I'm teaching myself how to knit. It's something I want to try to learn so I can use it in a school project.
So far this is as far as I've gotten. I'm getting the hang of it but wish me luck :)
Have you ever tried knitting?
Love the sequins! Good luck knitting, I love it :) My favorite thing to knit is socks and hats, I love circular needles! xo

Love the little bit of sparkle. I can not knit. At all. My sister on the other hand taught herself to both sew and knit almost overnight. She is practically an expert at both. Basically what I am saying is it supposedly can be very easy... just not for me. :) Good luck.
ReplyDeletei love that added bit of sequin! it just adds a little drama. in a good way.
ReplyDeletei have knitted a bit, but i could do it more often since that way you can get something unique and warm to wear ! :) can't wait to find out what you're making ..^^

ReplyDeleteI've tried knitting and I don't find it that difficult, but I don't usually have the patience to finish anything.

I have never tried knitting because I am totally hand stupid when it comes to these things. I wish I had the talent, though, because you can make some really cool things.
