I often feel like my style has somewhat of a split personality. I'm a girly girl at heart but I think my love for rock music has an influence on me. I love studs, mesh, leather, and band tees but then on the other side of my closet are ruffles, pouffy skirts, floral dresses, and shiny sequins. This outfit captures that mixed style of mine perfectly. Does your style mix? How would you describe your mixed style?

Nope, I don't think your style has a split personality. I mean....maybe you feel like it does. But it sure doesn't look like it! Even with a rocker edge, your outfits still have the perfect feminine touch to it (and vice-versa). That to me, defines great style. The fact that you can pull off a tougher look and still be genuine to your true style is rare.
ReplyDeleteHaving said all that...lol...I love this outfit! You look really pretty :)

I think your style meshes well with who you are. You add an edgier touch to girly pieces, but it works! Personally I like to think I'm a boho rocker - I love leathers, studs, and harsher pieces, but at the same time I love earthy things like fringe, crochet, and beads.

I think it's fab doll!! My style definitely has a split personality!! So far on the blog, I've shown maybe one or two sides of it, but it's actually quite eclectic and I don't see why it can't be. So many seem to enjoy staying in the same zone, but I get bored, I need variety and that makes it more fun. You look awesome, rocker is definitely a must :)) xx
ReplyDeleteIf your style has a split personality, mine must have several splits. hahaha. but seriously, this is a gorgeous outfit! very tough. xox
ReplyDeletegorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about my style, but I think thats what makes it your style. I mean it's your personal style theres no way it could fit into one single mold! I love this look, that top is great!

I agree with Kacie! I'd say my style is pretty preppy/classic, but with a hint of vintage... It's fun to mix things up a little bit!
