Dunk Margarita

As I've mentioned last week was pretty stressful and by the time the weekend came all I really wanted was a drink.  Chris said he had the perfect thing for me.  Before I knew it we were at the store buying everything we needed to make a dunk margarita.  Have any of you ever had one before?? It was my first time and after watching Chris make the first one, making them for the rest of the night was a breeze.  Now I normally don't like Dos Equis to drink as beer alone but mixed with the margarita it was perfection.

All you need is
1. Cazadores Reposado Tequila
2. Triple Sec
3. Simple Syrup
4. Dos Equis
5. Lemon
6. Lime
7. Orange

Tools
1. Squeezer
2. Jigger (to measure "parts" of ingredients)
3. Shaker

How To

1. Start off by squeezing a lemon and measure 1/2 part in the jigger...add this to your shaker
2. Repeat for limes and oranges
3. Measure 1 part of Simple Syrup and added to shaker
4. Measure 1/2 part of triple sec and added to shaker
5. Measure 1 1/2 parts of tequila and added to shaker
6. Shake everything together
7. Pour into margarita glass over ice and add a Dos Equis :)

Fresh cut lemon, orange, & lime

  5. After you dunk the beer, does the beer come out quickly or does the pressure stop it from pouring all out? This is so cool!! Definitely need to give this a try!!

  15. Oh my goodness. Firstly Margaritas are my favourite drink in the world (do you know how hard it is to get a decent Margarita in the UK?) but this looks amazing. One of those things that shouldn't work but does. Enjoy it, my friday tipple tonight is a bottle of peach beer. Cheers x
